As a faith-based organization, our mission is to provide affordable, safe, healthy community in which seniors will be proud to call home. Our doors are open to all who seek home, regardless of denomination.

Our staff and Board of Directors are deeply committed to maintaining the legacy of compassion and excellence that defines IPHC. We’ve created a campus where every living option-whether it’s a cozy apartment or a spacious cottage-is designed with accessibility, safety and comfort in mind. A dedicated team is ready to serve you; you’ll have more time to focus on the things that bring you joy!

Illinois Presbyterian Home Communities is an organization supported by gifts from individuals and churches, as well as memorials and bequests. We invite you to help us meet the future needs of our facility, which faces ever-increasing operating costs, major repairs, and necessary expansion, through a gift or bequest.
As a mission of the Great Rivers and Southeastern Illinois Presbyteries, our rents are subsidized by our endowments, which helps us keep our rent more affordable than other facilities in the area.

Ways You Can Volunteer:
- Friendly visitor and companion
- Greeter and server at our monthly parties
- Companion for community outings sponsored by the activity department
- Assist with Fundraisers
- Assist with Christmas Open House, decorations and parties
- Lead or assist with exercise classes
- Greet and direct visitors at the front desk – general office duties
- Play a musical instrument
- Host a singing, dancing, or musical performance
- Share a hobby or special interest
- Host a creative writing class, poetry group, or book club
- Educational Presentation – on a topic of choice
- Arrange flowers, garden, or provide landscaping support
- Direct an arts and crafts event
- Pet visits – host, arrange or provide assistance
- Lead a small group or large group activity
- Lead a worship service
- Provide 1:1 shopping assistance
- Cooking/baking for special parties and events
- Teach basic computer skills, 1:1 instruction
- Help organize Veterans recognition event
