Our one bedroom apartments feature an open great room design combining the kitchen and living space, plus a bedroom with a full bath. The one bedroom units are allowed convenient access to the on-site laundry facilities.
Our two bedroom apartments offer a spacious layout with two full bathrooms—the master bedroom has a tub/shower combination, while the second bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom works well as a den, office, or guest room. The two bedroom units also offer a covered porch, a storage closet for seasonal items, and washer/dryer hookups.
Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, ample cabinetry. Monthly rent includes all basic utilities (gas, water, and electric) with individual climate control, plus bi-weekly cleaning assistance and one daily meal in the main dining room. Residents also enjoy access to a convenient on site laundry room and Fair Hills Residence amenities including a library, and a variety of social activities.

Fair Hills Apartments offer great value, with rent covering utilities like gas, water, and electricity. Each unit includes individually controlled heating and air for year-round comfort. Services such as weekly vacuuming and bathroom cleaning are provided. Residents enjoy a convenient on-site laundry room with free-use machines. A hearty, family-style meal is served daily in the Fair Hills Residence dining room, fostering community and supporting our mission to care for each resident’s well-being.
