Two-bedroom apartments offer added flexibility with two full bathrooms—one en-suite and one with a walk-in shower—plus a second bedroom perfect for guests, an office, or a hobby room.
All apartments are conveniently located near Fair Hills Residence, providing residents with easy access to shared amenities, spiritual services, and social activities, while maintaining the freedom and privacy of their own secure, maintenance-free space.

Fair Hills Tower apartments offer great value, with rent covering utilities like gas, water, and electricity as well as cable and internet. Each unit includes individually controlled heating and air for year-round comfort. Services such as bi-weekly vacuuming and bathroom cleaning are provided. A hearty, family-style meal is served daily in the Fair Hills Residence dining room, fostering community and supporting our mission to care for each resident’s well-being.
